Introduction
This quick trip to Iran is just right for those who have little time available. On this Iran tour, you will discover two main historical and cultural cities (Isfahan and Shiraz).
Even if it’s a short trip, the memories will last a long time.
Like on all of our trips, your guide collects you from the airport when you land and take you directly to your hotel. The first day is just a check-in day. Overnight Isfahan
Day2: Isfahan
Welcome to Isfahan
You will go to start your tour by visiting Imam Square including Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque or Shah Mosque, the most famous thing about this mosque is its circular dome with its extremely beautiful motifs and paintings. You will also visit Ali Qapu Palace. This Palace is one of the unique examples of Safavid palaces that were built in the 11th century AH during the reign of Shah Abbas I. Our tour in Imam square finish by visiting the Qeisarieh Bazaar. There are so many fantastic handicrafts you can buy as a souvenir for your family or friends because Isfahan is known for its handicrafts. We recommend you have a rest in Chah-e Haj Mirza or Azadegan Tee House, located right outside of the Square. The teahouse, decorated with old pieces of stuff and pictures, is most famous for its atmosphere and collections of antiques. Besides tea and food, you can also taste a special dessert, Dogh (a sour drink) and, Goshfil (a kind of sweat).
In the afternoon, we will go to visit Chehel Sotun Palace, which was built by Shah Abbas to be used for the Shah’s entertainment and receptions. Shah Abbas and his successors received dignitaries and ambassadors, either on the terrace or in one of the stately reception halls. Overnight Isfahan
Day 3: Isfahan-Shiraz
New day, new destination
We will have a full day of driving to reach Shiraz. On our way, we will stop to visit Persepolis (UNESCO World Heritage).
Absorb yourself in history today with a guided tour of the site of Persepolis. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the ancient city. Persepolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Parseh has been another name for this ancient city of Iran. This magnificent capital was built during the Achaemenid period. Persepolis is the ancient city of Iran, which was the glorious and ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid kings. The founder of this building was Darius the Great, but after him, his son Xerxes Shah and his grandson Ardashir I each added parts to this building and made it more glorious than before. Its construction dates back to 518 BC.
Let the beauty of Shiraz work its magic on you as we arrive. Overnight Shiraz
Day4: Shiraz-Depart
After breakfast we depart the hotel for a full-day guided sightseeing tour, you will go to visit Nasir-al-Mulk Mosque (because of using much of colorful glass, it is also famous as the Pink Mosque) one of the best places for photography. Then continue our tour in Vakil Complex (Bazaar, Bath, and Mosque) in this Bazaar, you can find the most attractive and delicious souvenirs of Shiraz. For lunch, we will go to the lovely traditional restaurant; this way you have a chance to experience Iranian delicious food. In the afternoon, you will go to visit Eram Garden (UNESCO World Heritage), the Tombs of Hafez and Saadi, you can buy delicious ice cream and enjoy it.
All good things must come to an end. Late in the evening, your guide take you to the Shiraz Int airport for your flight to your country.
