Itinerary

Day 1: Tehran
Start and end in Tehran! With the In-depth Cultural tour A Week of Horse-Riding in Iran, you have an 8-day tour package taking you through Tehran, Shiraz, Sepidan, Isfahan, and other destinations in Iran.
A Week of horse riding includes accommodation in a hotel, an expert guide, insurance, transport, and more.
Day1: Tehran

After arriving at the airport, your guide will wait there for you, along the way you will get to know your guide and coordinate with him/her about the time you would prefer to start your tour. After some hours of rest at your hotel, you will go to visit Golestan Palace (Every Tile of this palace, with its stunning mirrors, will surprise any tourist. This palace, which has been the crowning place of Iranian rulers for the past century, has many wonders that you should look around for and see the great events that have taken place.) then you will go to Tehran bazaar (Tehran’s bazaar dates back to the Safavid era, and since the time of Nasser al-Din Shah, with its unique entrance and distinctive architecture, it has played an important role in Tehran’s economic and social environment. Now this bazaar, in addition to its economic role, can be seen as a monument to Iranian Islamic architecture.)
Do not forget to eat your lunch in the Moslem restaurant.
In the evening you will go to visit Milad Tower (Tehran Milad Tower is the tallest Iranian tower and the sixth tallest telecommunication tower in the northwestern part of Tehran. The height of the Milad Tower is 435 meters.) Overnight Tehran

Day 2: Tehran-Shiraz

On the morning of day 2, after eating your delicious breakfast, you will fly to Shiraz. On the way to the airport, you will visit the Azadi Tower.
As soon as you arrive in Shiraz, you will start your tour by visiting Nasirol Molk mosque (because of using much of colorful glass, it is also famous as the Pink Mosque) do not forget to take a memorable photo there. Then continued our tour in the Vakil complex (bazaar, Bath, and Mosque). In this Bazaar, you can find the most attractive and delicious souvenirs of Shiraz. Most travelers who want to buy souvenirs go to this market to buy the highest quality goods. We recommend you eat your lunch in Sharzaeh restaurant with live music. In the evening you will visit the Tomb of Hafez and Eram Garden (UNESCO World Heritage). Overnight Shiraz

Culinary

If you love Iranian food, you’ll be seriously into what comes next. Tonight, you will meet the local family who will prepare for you a popular dish from the city of Shiraz, Kalam Polo. small meatballs layered into rice, with a combination of spices, herbs, and flavors. There’s no better way to get familiar with the delicious food of the area and become acquainted with the local people!

Day3: Shiraz-Sepidan

Leave your hotel in Shiraz and hit the road toward beautiful Sepidan. In the village, meet up with your Persian horse, gain her trust, and saddle up for the riding adventure. Visit the nomads and make real contacts with the local people of Sepidan; they’re the most generous people who protect their traditions as long as possible. We will enjoy the rest of the day in nature.

In the evenings you will be home where you can relax by eating mouthwatering food prepared by traditional chefs and drinking cups of tea, while you steep in history. Overnight Sepidan

Day4: Sepidan-Shiraz

Rise and shine! The beautiful day is expecting you with a cup of beauty and excitement. Back in the saddle, and enjoy the breathtaking view.

On the second day, we start the program early in the morning at around 7 o’clock and after saddling the horses, we are ready to move. Each horse has its manger and all the necessary equipment of each person is placed in the manger.

Everything is ready for a nice and pleasant ride. All our efforts along the way are to provide a pleasant, safe, and full experience for the tourists. Along the way, the gentle breeze passes through the golden wheat fields and creates the most beautiful moments for us. The coolness of the morning gives way to the sun and heat. Fortunately, the route is full of small rivers where the horses can cool off and refresh themselves to continue the ride. The path is exciting; Sometimes you have to cross plowed fields, sometimes you have to cross hills, and sometimes steep slopes. Green meadows, honey beehives, passing through villages with clean people who, upon seeing us, all wave their hands and start asking questions about where you are, where you came from, and where you are going. Day 5: Shiraz-Isfahan

We will have a full day of driving to reach Isfahan. On our way, we will stop to visit Persepolis (UNESCO World Heritage). 

Absorb yourself in history today with a guided tour of the site of Persepolis. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the ancient city. Persepolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Parseh is another name for this ancient city of Iran. This magnificent capital was built during the Achaemenid period. Persepolis is the ancient city of Iran, which was the glorious and ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid kings. The founder of this building was Darius the Great, but after him, his son Xerxes Shah and his grandson Ardashir I each added parts to this building and made it more glorious than before. Its construction dates back to 518 BC. Overnight Isfahan

Day6: Isfahan

Welcome to Isfahan

Set your alarms for 8 am and eat your breakfast before a big day exploring Isfahan.

You will start your tour by visiting Imam Square including Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque or Shah Mosque, the most famous thing about this mosque is its circular dome with its extremely beautiful motifs and paintings. You will also visit Ali Qapu Palace. This Palace is one of the unique examples of Safavid palaces that were built in the 11th century AH during the reign of Shah Abbas I. Our tour in Imam Square finishes by visiting the Qeisarieh Bazaar. There are so many fantastic handicrafts you can buy as a souvenir for your family or friends because Isfahan is known for its handicrafts. We recommend you have a rest in Chah-e Haj Mirza or Azadegan Tee House, located right outside of the Square. The teahouse, decorated with old pieces of stuff and pictures, is most famous for its atmosphere and collections of antiques. Besides tea and food, you can also taste a special dessert, Dogh (a sour drink) and, Goshfil (a kind of sweat).

In the afternoon, we will go to visit Chehel Sotun Palace, which was built by Shah Abbas to be used for the Shah’s entertainment and receptions. Shah Abbas and his successors received dignitaries and ambassadors, either on the terrace or in one of the stately reception halls. Overnight Isfahan

Day7: Isfahan-Kashan

Our tour begins with a trip to the Vank Cathedral, This Cathedral is a masterpiece of architecture in Isfahan. Officially known as the Armenian Cathedral, it that built during the reign of Shah Abbas II. The architecture of this church is a combination of Iranian and Armenian architecture. Inside the church, all the surrounding walls are adorned with oil paintings and gold water in the Iranian style. Some images from the life of Jesus Christ are influenced by Italian painting. Then drive to Kashan to visit Fin Garden (A UNESCO World Heritage Site) a relaxing and visually impressive Persian garden with water channels all passing through a central pavilion. Then, you will visit Boroujerdi Traditional House and the bazaar, where you can shop and have a cup of tea. Overnight Kashan

Day8: Kashan-Depart

Day 8 is a departure day. Your vacation ends with breakfast this morning. In the morning we transfer you to IKA airport!

  • Tehran Bazaar is closed on Friday.
  • The itinerary you saw changes based on your tastes and the weather conditions that allow horse riding. For example, in autumn and winter, we have horse riding tours on the beaches of Bushehr, Kish, and Qeshm, and in spring, riding in the forests of the north.
