Itinerary

Day 1: Tehran

Arrive at IKA International Airport where you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and check in to the hotel. After some hours rest, your coach will drop you off at the entrance of Golestan Palace.

Golestan Palace is one of the most magnificent palaces in Iran, which is listed as the UNESCO World Heritage site, and its unique and stunning design has made it one of the most popular sights in Tehran. Golestan Palace complex is a beautiful combination of original Iranian garden and Iranian-European architecture that you will see elements of Western architecture everywhere in the palace. Golestan Palace should be called “Golestan Palace Collection”; Because there are several mansions in this complex that can be mentioned: Marble Throne (Takht e Marmar), Karim Khani Nook (Khalvat e Karim Khani), 

 Mirror Hall (Talar e Aineh), Salam Hall (Talar e Salam), Building of Windcatchers (Emarat e Badgir), Edifice of the Sun (Shams ol Emareh), Photographic archive and….Overnight Tehran

Day 2:  Tehran-Kashan-Matin Abad

 After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel. It’s about 3 hours’ driving (244 km) to reach the beautiful city of Kashan. As soon as you will arrive, you will go to visit Fin Garden.  Fin Garden is one of the masterpieces of Persian gardens and is a relic of the Safavid era. From the towering trees to the water flow around the garden, its pavilion, and the same way of watering all the fountains, each is a unique example of the elements of an Iranian garden. The Fin Bath is located in the complex, one of the saddest stories in history has happened in it and it is the murder of Amir Kabir by the order of Nasser al-Din Shah. There is also a traditional teahouse inside the garden where we can enjoy a cup of tea. Then we go to the Tabatabai house, which is a mansion of the Qajar period. This house has a very different and attractive architecture, plastering, and painting, which is why it is called the bride of historical houses. One of the most attractive decorations of Kashan carpet design is on the roof of the main porch of this mansion. After having lunch and drinking a rose tea, continue our way to Matin Abad and spend the night in the heart of the desert to watch the starry sky. I recommend you to stay in a tent because it can be an exciting experience in the middle of a mysterious desert. Overnight MatinAbad

Day 3: Matin Abad- Isfahan

Nature and wildlife watching, camel riding, and motorcycle riding in the desert sand dunes are some of today’s activities. Then, we head to our next destination; Isfahan (It’s about 2 hours driving). Overnight Isfahan

Day 4:  Isfahan

Welcome to Isfahan nesf-e jahan (Half the world)

You will go to start your tour by visiting Imam Square including Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque or Shah Mosque, the most famous thing about this mosque is its circular dome with its extremely beautiful motifs and paintings. You will also visit Ali Qapu Palace. This Palace is one of the unique examples of Safavid palaces that were built in the 11th century AH during the reign of Shah Abbas I. Our tour in Imam square finishes by visiting the Qeisarieh Bazaar. There are so many fantastic handicrafts you can buy as a souvenir for your family or friends because Isfahan is known for its handicrafts. We recommend you to have a rest in Chah-e Haj Mirza or Azadegan Tee House, located right outside of the Square. The teahouse, decorated with old pieces of stuff and pictures, is most famous for its atmosphere and collections of antiques. Besides tea and food, you can also taste a special dessert, Dogh (a sour drink) and, Goshfil (a kind of sweat).

In the afternoon, you will go to visit Chehel Sotun Palace, which was built by Shah Abbas to be used for the Shah’s entertainment and receptions. Shah Abbas and his successors received dignitaries and ambassadors, either on the terrace or in one of the stately reception halls. Overnight Isfahan

Day 5:  Isfahan- Kuhrang

Today leave Isfahan and drive toward Kuhrang. First, you will visit Dimeh spring is a tourist attraction in Koohrang city. The main source of the beautiful Zayandehrood River in Isfahan has been here. Then we go to one of the most popular natural areas around this spring; the unique plain of overturned tulips. This plain is covered with a colorful cover of red and overturned tulips in 12 km of Chelgard and near the village of Banuastaki. The tulips of this plain are visible every year from late April to mid-May. After eating a delicious lunch in this wonderful nature, we go to Sheikh Ali Khan waterfall. The cold weather in Koohrang city has caused this waterfall to turn into a collection of lamps in winter, which doubles the beauty of the waterfall. Many waterfalls reach a height of more than half a meter or even one meter. Overnight Kuhrang

Day 6:  Kuhrang- Yasuj

Today, we have a full day of driving. We will have a short stop to visit Semirom waterfall and enjoying green nature and the surrounding mountain environment. Overnight Yasuj

Day 7:  Yasuj-Shiraz

Today we will go to the most beautiful natural attractions in Iran to listen to the sound of nature; Margoon waterfall. Those places that you wish you never left it. Margoon means “like a snake” in Persian, which explains the movement of water from the high rugged cliffs. we set a picnic and enjoy our meal. Then drive toward Shiraz. Overnight Shiraz

Day 8:  Shiraz

After breakfast we depart the hotel for a full-day guided sightseeing tour, you will go to visit Nasir-al-Mulk Mosque (because of using much colorful glass, it is also famous as the Pink Mosque) one of the best places for photography. Then continue our tour in Vakil Complex (Bazaar, Bath, and Mosque) in this Bazaar, you can find the most attractive and delicious souvenirs of Shiraz. For lunch, we will go to the lovely traditional restaurant, this way you have a chance to experience Iranian delicious food. In the afternoon you will go to visit Eram Garden (UNESCO World Heritage), Tombs of Hafez and Saadi, you can buy really delicious ice cream and enjoy it. Overnight Shiraz

Day 9:  Shiraz-Persepolis-Shiraz

Have an excursion to visit Persepolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Parseh has been another name for this ancient city of Iran. This magnificent capital was built during the Achaemenid period. Persepolis is the ancient city of Iran, which was the glorious and ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid kings. The founder of this building was Darius the Great, but after him, his son Xerxes Shah and his grandson Ardashir I each added parts to this building and made it more glorious than before. Its construction dates back to 518 BC.

During the New Year celebrations, representatives from different countries came to Persepolis with valuable gifts to congratulate the New Year. This ancient city is located on a mountain slope and many palaces and buildings such as Apadana Palace, Tachara Palace, Hadish Palace, Palace of Artaxerxes III, the Imperial Treasury, the Royal Stables, and … have been built in it. Overnight Shiraz

Day 10:  Shiraz-Tehran-Depart

In the morning, you will take a flight to Tehran and transfer to the IKA airport for your Intl flight.
