🌿 7-Day Iran Green Tour: From Tehran to Ramsar – Forest & Sea Together
Day 1 – Arrival in Tehran
Welcome to Iran — the land of four seasons, rich culture, ancient history, and world-class cuisine.
Upon arrival in Tehran, our representative will warmly meet and assist you at the airport before transferring you comfortably to your hotel. After check-in and a few hours of rest, we’ll head to Darband, one of Tehran’s most popular mountain trails.
Walk among cozy cafés, local restaurants, and colorful vendors selling Lavashak (dried fruit rolls), pickled walnuts, and apricots. Enjoy your first taste of Iran’s vibrant local life.

Day 2 – Tehran → Ramsar (via Chalus Road)
Rise early for a scenic drive along Chalus Road, one of the most beautiful routes in Iran.
We’ll stop for a traditional breakfast at Ashkadeh Kandavan, then continue through Marzan Abad to the lush Abbas Abad Forest.
At Motel Ghoo (Swan Motel) in Salmanshahr, relax by the Caspian Sea, enjoy local seafood for lunch, and taste the famous Tamli ice cream before continuing to Ramsar, the “Bride of Iranian Cities.”

Day 3 – Discover Ramsar
Today, we explore the charms of Ramsar, located on the western edge of Mazandaran Province.
Our first stop is the Marmar Palace Museum (Marble Palace), a masterpiece of the Pahlavi era, surrounded by beautiful gardens and overlooking the sea. Inside, admire its elegant European architecture and historic treasures.
Next, take the famous Ramsar Cable Car — the only one in the Middle East that connects the forest to the beach! From the top, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Caspian coast and the lush forests below.
We’ll then visit the Ramsar Tele cabin. This Tele cabin is the only Tele cabin in the Middle East that connects the forest and the beach. From the upper station of the cable car, you can have a wonderful view of Ramsar, the Caspian Sea, and the surrounding cities. The amusement park of this complex is considered one of the most exciting amusement parks in the north of Iran, with its up-to-date and exciting devices. Here you can experience all kinds of water sports.
Don’t forget to take professional photos from the top of the tele cabin. Our next visit will be to the Ramsar Thermal Springs (Hot Springs). where is comprised of a series of gaseous and sulfur springs, and some people believe it has a therapeutic effect. (If you like it, you can try it.)
🌲Day 4 – Dalkhani Forest (Hall of Paradise)
Today, we journey into the heart of nature — the Dalkhani Forest, known locally as “Dalan-e Behesht” or “Hall of Paradise.”
As soon as you step into this pristine, semi-mountainous forest, you’ll feel its vibrant energy all around you. The tall Hyrcanian trees, the drifting mist, and the cool mountain breeze create a dreamlike atmosphere that feels otherworldly. Located just 30 km southeast of Ramsar, Dalkhani’s rare beauty lies in its unique contrast — the sea is only a short drive away, yet you find yourself surrounded by deep, untouched forest. Along the way, you’ll pass small wooden huts, charming roadside cafés, and forest restaurants with colorful chairs placed right among the trees. Take a leisurely walk, capture photos of the breathtaking scenery, and enjoy a cup of Persian tea while listening to the whispers of the forest. We’ll stop for a delicious local lunch in one of these cozy spots before returning to Ramsar.
The rest of the day is free for you to explore — you may wish to visit the local bazaar or simply relax and enjoy Ramsar’s peaceful atmosphere.

Day 5 – Do Hazar Road Adventure
Today’s highlight is the spectacular Do Hazar Road, one of Iran’s most scenic mountain routes.
Winding through Tonekabon, this road leads deep into the Hyrcanian forests, passing rivers, springs, and waterfalls hidden among the green slopes.
Breathe in the pure mountain air and enjoy several scenic stops for photography.
In the evening, dine at one of our favorite local restaurants with regional dishes and warm hospitality.

Day 6 – Return to Tehran
After a hearty breakfast, we’ll drive back to Tehran. The afternoon is yours to relax or do some last-minute shopping in local bazaars and modern malls.

After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to the airport for your onward flight, taking with you unforgettable memories of Iran’s nature, forests, and the friendly spirit of the north.

The best souvenirs of the north: Wait for delicious and fresh souvenirs. From fragrant vegetables to fresh fish, local cookies, all kinds of pickles and pomegranate paste, lavash, jam, and olives. By traveling to Gilan, you can buy all kinds of wicker and wooden products, and in Golestan province, you can find all kinds of handicrafts, such as Turkmen carpets or special and unique fabrics.
